“I have never been a person who likes to work out and have been overweight for most of my life. Occasionally, I would decide that I needed to try to be healthy and exercise. I tried numerous workouts and studios but nothing seemed to stick. I knew I really needed to kick it into gear when I got engage. I mean what bride doesn’t want to look their best on their big day? Since I’ve been with LIT I’ve managed to lose 20 lbs. In July alone, I dropped 7 lbs and went down 4% in body fat – and I don’t on slowing down any time soon! Not only do I feel great, but I am loving the results! At this rate, I know I’ll definitely be wedding ready come November! Thanks to the LIT team for all their motivation and support!
